Of course, I am Brian Maes' biggest fan! He plays all around, and if you haven't seen him, you don't know what you're missing. He's an amazing vocalist/keyboardist, and a brilliant writer and producer. (Also a great hubby and dad....) The guys that play with him are also top notch and fun as all hell!

Dontcha love sites that promote local musicians and venues and it's free to get on? Check out Stanslist, run by Stan. Yeah!

My friend, Elle Gallo, who is an extremely talented singer/songwriter/frontwoman, is looking for a drummer. She fronts a very busy band that gigs on a weekly basis, and she needs to fill the slot soon. The band plays a mix of originals and covers in a bluesy/rock/jazzy kinda fashion that's amazing. Elle's website is below!

Tim Barry of Briola Records has released an amazing CD called "Circle of Life". The writing and vocals on this records are top notch. When I hear his material I think of the Eagles; he's got a super voice. Check out his website at http://www.timbarry.net.

I had the pleasure of being on the same bill at Kennedy's in Boston with Traci Root, and man can this girl sing and play. She's got a really cool sound, a bit a hip hop, soul, and she is a very cool chick! Check out her website and how you can help her fund her career with a donation...

Julie Dougherty is not only one of this area's most talented performers, but she is a wonderful person. She's been helping me with gigs, in a world where nobody but my husband wants to help me LOL!
